Pikes Peak Derby Dames is run by the skaters, for the skaters. We typically ship once a week, but sometimes orders can take up to three weeks to ship when our stock runs low on popular items. We will keep in touch if there will be delays. Feel free to contact us to inquire about the status of your order.
Shipping costs are calculated per order based on total order price.
All web site orders will be shipped within seven business days of receiving payment, unless the item is out of stock. We try to notify customers of backordered items, but if you don't hear from us, please contact us. Please include as much information about your order as possible.
Returns/exchanges for purchases made through the PPDD website can be arranged by contacting us.
